Jessie Matthews joined CCCS in June, 2022 as an HR Specialist employed with Foundations Inc. .
Her role at CCCS includes full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and employee counseling.
Jessie is a SHRM-CP certified HR professional with a Master’s degree in Clinical-Counseling Psychology and an Industrial/Organizational Psychology concentration from LaSalle University. For more than 20 years, Jessie has served as an HR Generalist in various industries including education, healthcare, and manufacturing.
